基于PHOENICS的顺序输送管道混油浓度数值计算

PHOENICS-based Numerical Study for Concentration Distribution of International on Batch Pipeline

  • 摘要: 分析了顺序输送的混油机理, 在油品不可压缩、不考虑浮升力影响和油品参数不随温度变化三点基本假设的基础上, 建立了混油数学模型。利用PHOENICS软件对顺序输送混油段的浓度分布进行了数值模拟, 给出了混油浓度分布曲线。模拟结果与扩散理论推导的混油量计算公式计算结果吻合较好。

     

    Abstract: The mechanism of intermixing is analyzed. Based on the incompressible, without regarding to the effect of buoyancy and the change with temperature of physical parameters, the intermixing model is developed. Numerical simulation for the concentration distribution of intermixing to batch pipeline is investigated with the help of PHOENICS software. The results are given by curves and pictures, and the result conforms to the values of diffusive theory well. The study is of significance to the intermixing investigation of batch pipeline.
