The Application of Fieldbus Technology in Oil/Gas Storage and Transportation Engineering

  • 摘要: 概述了现场总线技术的发展背景及特点,介绍了基金会现场总线、Lon Works、PRFBUS、CAN和HART五种典型的现场总线技术及现场总线控制系统(FCS)的体系结构。经兰成渝管道的实际应用证明,现场总线控制系统是新型的网络集成式全分布控制系统,不仅可以实现分散控制,节省硬件投资、电缆设备等安装与维护费用,而且还可以保证数据传输的准确性、稳定性和可靠性。

     

    Abstract: The paper reviews the background of fieldbus technology development and its characteristics. The typical fieldbus technology like FF (Foundation Fieldbus), Lon Works, PRFBUS, CAN (Control Area Network) and HART (Highway Addressable Remote Transducer) is introduced, also the structure of FCS (Fieldbus Control System). The fieldbus control system is successfully applied in Lanzhou-Chengdu-Chongqing Products Oil Pipeline, which ensure the accuracy, stability and reliability of pipeline operating data transmission.
