石楼泵站浮顶油罐单盘变形整治

Repair Technology of Tank Single-deck Applied in Shilou Pumping Station

  • 摘要: 针对秦京管道石楼泵站18号浮顶油罐单盘严重变形问题进行了分析,指出减小浮顶油罐单盘变形量的关键是对应力的控制。制定了单盘焊接工艺及组装方法的整治方案,经实践证明,整治后的单盘变形最大值仅为15 mm,可以有效保证浮顶油罐的安全运营。

     

    Abstract: For the repair of in-service floating roof tank, the focus is to control the welding procedure, welding sequence and installation method of single-deck. The paper provides a technical route in repairing serious deformed single-deck of floating roof tank, and introduces the installation step and method to repair the trouble deck. This new technique is applied in #18 oil tank in Shilou Pumping Station of Qinhuangdao-Beijing Oil Pipeline, and obtains a perfect result.
