X射线管道爬行器可编程序控制系统的研制

Development of Programmable Control System of Radiographic Crawler for Pipeline

  • 摘要: 概述了X射线管道爬行器的特点及可编程序控制器(PLC)的优点。针对X射线管道爬行器基本结构、电气控制系统及其工作原理的相关要求,制定了X射线管道爬行器检测工艺流程及程控方案。通过对C20P型可编程序控制器(PLC)I/O接口和抗干扰系统设计及其相关软件编程的介绍,指出PLC具有结构简单、操作及修改程序容易、可靠性强、控制精度高等优点,较适用于X射线管道爬行器的电器控制系统中。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the C20P programmable controller which is designed to control the test process of radiographic crawler of pipeline, the detection and/or protection circuit of the equipment. The logic diagram of the radiographic crawler test process, PLC hardware interface and software programming are introduced. The structure of PLC is characterized by simplification, easier in operation, modifiable program, high reliability and control accuracy.
