石油储罐火灾爆炸事故树分析

Fault Tree Analysis of Fire and Explosion in Oil Tank

  • 摘要: 油罐的火灾爆炸主要由点火源和油气泄漏造成。通过应用事故树分析法(FTA)对点火源和油气泄漏的基本原因进行分析,建立了石油储罐火灾爆炸事故树。采用布尔代数化简法求出系统的最小径集,给出了事故树中基本事件的结构重要度分析结果。通过对系统的事故树分析,探讨了引起油罐火灾爆炸的主要原因,并提出了相应的预防和改进措施。

     

    Abstract: Fire resources and leak of oil and gas result in fire and explosion in oil tank. The article applies the fault tree method to analyze the basic cause of the two major reasons. Based on the analysis result, the fault tree of oil tank is established. The minimal path sets (MPS) are achieved by Boolean algebraic simplification calculation. The authors put forward the analyzing result of the structural significance of the basic event. The basic factors resulting in fire and explosion in oil tank are investigated through the qualitative analysis. The authors bring up some relevant measures to prevent and improve the safety status in oil tank in the article.
