油-水两相流研究及其软件在渤海油田的应用

Study on Oil-Water Two Phase Flow and Application of Oil-Water Two Phase Flow Software in Bohai Sea Oilfield

  • 摘要: 油-水两相流是石油开采中的常见现象,具有独特的流动特征,给混输管道的安全、经济设计及混输管道腐蚀速率的确定造成很大困难。通过对多种油-水两相流的试验和理论研究,对油-水两相流现象和规律进行了分析,提出了流型和压降模型,并编制出油-水两相流的流型和压降预测软件,利用该软件对渤西油田和绥中36-1油田两条油水混输管道相关参数进行了计算,计算结果与油田实际完全吻合。

     

    Abstract: Oil-Water two phase flow is common phenomenon in oil production with unique flow characteristic, which bring difficulties to the safe and/or economic design of mixed-transportation pipeline and determination of corrosion rate for two-phase transportation pipeline. The analysis on the oil/water two-phase flow phenomenon and laws is carried out by means of experiment and theoretical study of oil/water two-phase flow. This paper presents flow pattern and pressure drop model, programs the prediction software of flow pattern and pressure drop for oil/water two-phase flow. With this software, a calculation is made on the relative parameters of two oil/water mixed-transportation pipelines located at western Bohai Sea Oilfield and Suizhong 36-1 Oilfield. The result shows that the calculation results are fitted tightly against the actual operating conditions of pipelines.
