甬沪宁管道水击分析工况的选取与算例

Selection of Surge Condition and Calculation Case on Surge Analysis of Yong-Hu-Ning Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 概述了甬沪宁管道各站场及其输油泵的配备情况,分析了甬沪宁原油输送管道可运行的输油工况,介绍了用于水击分析时稳态极限工况的选取方法,并从水击源、产生水击时的工况、运用水击分析的管道瞬变过程理论和甬沪宁管道各站场边界条件的确定方法等方面阐述了甬沪宁管道的水击过程,给出了两种水击工况的计算分析结果。

     

    Abstract: This mainly analyzes the possible oil transportation condition of Yong-Hu-Ning Oil Pipeline. The methods to select the stable limit operating conditions to analyze surge of the pipeline are given. The surge process of the pipeline is described from surge source, the condition to form surge, surge transient process theory and the determination methods of margin conditions for all pumping stations of the pipeline. Finally, two cases of calculation and analysis results are given.
