靖惠原油管道的输送工艺研究

A Study on Transportation Process of Jing'an To Hui'anbao Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对靖惠(靖安一惠安堡)原油管道在输油设计中存在外部依托条件差、油源分散、进油点及出油点均较多和进油量不确定等不利条件,提出采用多支线原油管道密闭输送自控技术、原油加剂输送及原油自动计量等工艺技术。实践表明,靖惠原油管道输送工艺技术解决了上述问题,确保了管道一次投运成功,为滚动开发油田原油外输管道设计积累了经验。

     

    Abstract: In the light of poor natural condition, multi-sources of oil, multiple inlet and outlet pipeline branches and instable oil inlet in Jing'an To Hui'anbao Oil Pipeline, the technical measures are worked out in adopting tight line transportation process, chemical agent injection and automatic metering of oil. The site application shows that these technical measures effectively solve the problems, which ensure the successful commissioning of the pipeline in 2003.
