智能胶带监测系统的设计与工业试验

Design of Intelligent Tape Detection System and its Field Testing

  • 摘要: 阐述了智能胶带监测系统的特性及其基本设计原理, 介绍了智能胶带监测系统的防腐防盗层的结构和提高监测定位精度的方法以及胶带之间的连接技术。从双丝胶带单回路、双丝涂层单回路、四丝胶带双回路及分组或分段四个方面进行了智能监测的实例分析, 结果表明, 智能胶带监测系统可以在60s内对防腐层破损处进行快速报警, 双向定位精度在1‰~9‰之间。

     

    Abstract: The paper describes the property and basic design principle of intelligent tape detection system used in long distance pipeline and respectively introduces the structure of coating tape layers, the method to increase the detecting and locating accuracy for forced leakage and the connection method of the coating tapes. The case analysis of intelligent detection is made in four aspects, that is, double-wire tape single return circuit, double-wire coating single return circuit, four-wire tape double return circuit and grouping or sectioning. The results of field testing show that this system can give alarm for damaged coating with 60 second with a 1‰-9‰ two-direction locating accuracy.
