油罐火灾沸溢喷溅的控制措施

On the Controlling Measures against the Boil-over in Oil Tank Fires

  • 摘要: 分析了油罐火灾中各种燃烧油品的沸溢喷溅现象及其形成的条件, 探讨了控制沸溢喷溅的技术措施。指出及时扑灭油罐火灾是防止油品燃烧罐发生沸溢喷溅最有效的措施, 而冷却罐壁、罐底排水、设置罐底环形隔水圈和利用防沸石阻止油罐水垫层突沸等方法也能有效地防止油品的沸溢喷溅。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes the boil-over phenomena in oil tank fires, the origin and condition of boil-over is expatiated in details and the countermeasures against the boil-over are discussed. The authors consider that study and control the boil-overs in oil tank fires are of importance in tank safety.
