高含硫气田集输管道材质的选择

The Choice Material of Gathering Pipeline in Acid Gas Field

  • 摘要: 分析了高含硫气田管道的四种腐蚀类型, 指出有效的防治方法是在高含硫气田的开发初期, 根据输送介质的腐蚀性选择具有抗SSC、SCC和HIC(SOHIC)能力的钢材。阐述了含硫介质腐蚀的机理, 提出了管道材质的分类选择方法, 探讨了普通钢和复合钢管的选择原则。

     

    Abstract: The strong corrosiveness of the delivery medium in acid gas field brings lots of hidden troubles to the safe production of gas field. As a result, in the early development of acid gas field, gathering pipelines should be considered to be made of the corrosion prevention material according to the corrosiveness of delivery medium. The paper, by exploring the choice of gathering pipelines' material in Luojiazhai Gas Field of PetroChina's Southwest Oil and Gas Field Branch Inc., states the principle about the corrosion of acid medium, puts forward the choice of pipeline's material by classification, and deeply discusses the choice principle of ordinary steel and clad steel, thus providing valuable experience to the choice of gathering pipeline's material in acid gas field.
