埋地管道防腐层大修对管道运行的热力影响

Analysis on the Thermal Impact of Coating Overhaul of Buried Pipeline on Operating Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对东北管网防腐层大修导致土壤温度场发生改变进而影响管道安全运行的问题, 对埋地管道的土壤热力条件进行了分析, 给出了铁秦线两座泵站的热力对比实例。为消除管道防腐层大修因土壤热力条件恶化对管道运行造成的不利影响, 制定了改善管道热力环境的措施, 提出了管道防腐层大修工作的建议。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to the coating overhaul of buried oil pipeline of Northeast Oil Pipeline Networks that disturbs the thermal condition of pipeline and impacts the safety of operating safety of the pipeline, this paper analyzes the thermal condition of soil temperature field and provides the thermal comparison cases of Linghai Pumping Station (coating repair) and Suizhong Pumping Station (coating non-repair) in Tieling-Qinhuangdao Oil Pipeline. To eliminate the thermal impact on the operating pipeline from the coating overhauling, the improvement measures to thermal environment of oil pipeline, some suggestions to coating overhauling program are presented.
