油气管道定量风险评价体系研究

Study on the System of Oil and Gas Pipeline Quantitative Risk Assessment

  • 摘要: 针对管道风险评价中容易混淆的基本概念进行了研究, 对油气管道安全、管道失效形式、风险评价、风险分析、风险管理、风险评估、风险控制及风险决策等基本概念进行了定义, 建立了管道风险分析模型和定量风险评价体系模型与流程, 旨在对这些基本概念进行完善与统一, 以利于管道风险评价工作的开展。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the confusing basic concepts in the pipeline risk assessment, the authors define some basic terms such as safety, risk, oil & gas pipeline risk, pipeline failure modes, risk assessment, risk analysis, risk management, risk estimate, risk control and risk decision-making etc. The risk analysis model is established, including the system model and process model of quantitative risk assessment. What this study has done consummates and consolidates the essential concepts and system to be advantageous to performing the pipeline risk assessment.
