西部成品油管道空管投油的技术分析

Feasibility Study on Direct Commissioning for Western Products Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了空管投油的具体步聚及其特点, 结合西部成品油管道工程实际, 对水联运投油与空管投油进行了对比分析, 确定两部成品油管道采用空管投油方案, 并针对空管投油丰硕存在油头保护、沿线排气、自控系统调试、大落差不满流控制等技术难点, 提出了西部成品油管道空管投油的可行性技术控制措施。

     

    Abstract: This paper mainly discusses the feasibility on direct commissioning for Western Products Oil Pipeline. This pipeline begins from Wangjiagou, Wulumuqi City, Xinjiang, ends in Xigu, Lanzhou City, Gansu Province with a total length of 1858 km and diameter from 508 to 559 mm. The author considers the direct commissioning program as an available one, but the technology issues should be solved in oil-head protection, venting along the whole line, test of automatic control system and high elevation/slack flow, and proposes feasible control measures for the direct commissioning program of Western Products Oil Pipeline.
