原油集输系统转油站效率及能耗测算

The Efficiency Computing and Energy Dissipation Analysis of Oil Transferring Station in Niuxintuo Oilfield

  • 摘要: 通过测试分析牛心坨油田转油站系统的效率及能耗分布, 指出了系统效率低、能耗高的主要因素是加热炉损耗占总能耗比例较高, 且部分转油站电能利用率较低所致, 提出了转油站系统的改造方案, 即对转油站的加热炉和机泵进行改造, 加强站内储罐及管网的保温效果, 并对改造前后的效率及能耗状况进行了对比分析, 给出了经济效益测算结果。

     

    Abstract: With the expanding of production scale in Niuxintuo Oilfield, many problems existes, for example, low efficiency and high energy consumption and so on. This paper analyzes the distribution of energy dissipation in the oil transferring station, finds out the main reasons for these problems and puts forward several measures. In the meantime, the authors provides the calculation results.
