立式原油罐底板腐蚀原因分析及解决方法

Case Analysis and Solutions to the Bottom Plate Corrosion of Vertical Oil Tank

  • 摘要: 在原油罐运行过程中, 自然腐蚀、介质腐蚀和磨损腐蚀都将引起原油罐的腐蚀损坏。针对原油罐的构造和运行特点, 对罐底板腐蚀的情况进行了全面调查, 分析了输油站内原油罐底板的腐蚀机理, 提出了改进油罐工艺设计、选用合适的材料以及利用阴极极化原理的阴极保护等多项防护措施。

     

    Abstract: During the operating of oil tank, natural corrosion, medium corrosion and erosion corrosion will make the oil tank to damage. In the light of structure and operation behavior of oil tank, an overall investigation on the bottom plate corrosion of oil tank is made. The paper analyses the corrosion mechanism of bottom plate of oil tank located in pumping station, puts forward some protection measures including improving the technology design of oil tank, applying available steel material and utilize the CP technology.
