俄罗斯和哈萨克斯坦原油的硫化物腐蚀分析

Corrosion Analysis of Sulfide on Russian Crude Oil and Kazakhstan Crude Oil

  • 摘要: 通过试验测试, 分析了俄罗斯和哈萨克斯坦原油中总硫含量和活性硫的分布, 讨论了原油中活性硫与总硫含量、活性硫与腐蚀间的关系。为考察两种原油的硫化物对X70钢和X60钢的腐蚀性, 在原油中以开路电位进行了试验, 结果表明, X70钢的抗腐蚀性优于X60钢。

     

    Abstract: The content of overall sulfide and distribution of active sulfide in Russian Crude Oil and Kazakhstan Crude Oil are analyzed by means of experiment and examination, and the relationship between active sulfide and overall sulfide and that of active sulfide and corrosion are discussed. To observe the corrosivity of sulfide of this two crude oils to X70 and X60 pipe steel, the open circuit potential test with oil is carried out. The test results show that the anti-corrosion capability of X70 pipe steel is better than X60 pipe steel.
