利用湍流模式理论模拟顺序输送混油过程
Study on the Numerical Simulation of the Contamination of Batching Transportation of Products Oil with Turbulent Theory

摘要: 对现有混油理论进行比较分析, 从动量-质量传递耦合问题入手, 建立三维非稳态的混油湍流数学模型, 对微分方程采用有限容积积分法进行离散, 边界条件处理采用附加源项法, 源项采用线性化处理, 近壁区域的计算采用壁面函数法。此外, 基于PHOENICS3.6计算软件, 编制了混油问题的PLANT模块, 建立混油数值计算模型的前处理q1文件, 并对0号柴油、90号汽油在垂直上行与下行管道内顺序输送的混油浓度场和不同顺序输送批次下的混油浓度场进行计算分析比较, 得出此研究路线的可行性。Abstract: A comparative analysis on current contamination theory is made and establishes 3D unsteady contamination turbulent numerical calculation model based on the mass and momentum transfer coupling. Further-more, on the basis of PHOENICS 3. 6 software, the PLANT mode is programmed and q1 document on numerical simulation of contamination is set up. The calculation and analysis on the concentration diffusion of batch transporting # 0 diesel and # 90 gasoline in perpendicularly up and down pipeline and concentration field of different transportation batches are made.
