Application of High-pressure Water Jet Technology in Tank Repair

  • 摘要: 介绍了高压水清洗技术的原理、特点、技术指标、技术优势及应用范围等, 与常用的干法喷砂除锈技术相比, 该技术具有清洗成本低、清洗质量好、速度快、对环境无污染、应用范围广、安全性高等优点。指出了该项技术在储油罐维修过程中存在的不足, 提出了解决方法。

     

    Abstract: This article introduces the technical principle and work scope of high-pressure water jet technology in tank repair.Compared with typical dust removal method, this method is characterized by low cost, high cleaning quality, fast cleaning, non-pollution to environment, wide work scope and safety, especially suitable for the corrosion control in the tank repair.
