储油罐海水试压可行性技术研究

Feasibility Study on Pressure Testing with Seawater for Tank Repair

  • 摘要: 针对黄岛油库淡水资源缺乏且价格昂贵, 油罐大修拟采用海水试压的问题, 对海水腐蚀特性进行了研究, 分析了海水对金属的腐蚀因素和影响海水腐蚀速率的因素, 提出了有效的防护措施和腐蚀的评估检测方法。黄岛油库4号油罐大修采用海水试压的结果表明, 油罐采用海水试压具有可行性, 经济效益显著。

     

    Abstract: The analysis on the corrosion behavior of seawater is made so as to apply the analytical results to the pressure testing with it in oil tank repair, and meanwhile to save freshwater.By the feasibility study results, the pressure testing with seawater on 4th oil tank in Huangdao Tankfarm is made successfully, which display a feasible method to conduct pressure testing with seawater in the lack of freshwater or non- freshwater region.
