高凝稠油乳化降凝降粘试验与研究

Study on Reducing Freezing Point and Viscosity of High Freezing Point Heavy Oil by Emulsion

  • 摘要: 针对稠油开采和管输过程中存在的高粘度, 高密度等问题, 对坨5井原油乳化降凝降粘进行了试验, 结果表明, 高凝稠油乳化成的O/W乳状液可以使稠油凝点总体降低10℃以上, 降粘率达到90%, 乳化降凝降粘是可行的。试验结果还显示, 温度和降温速率对乳化降凝降粘效果有很大影响; 乳化剂中加入强碱有利于稠油O/W乳状液的形成和O/W乳状液稳定性的提高。

     

    Abstract: A research on reducing freezing point and viscosity by emulsification for Tuo 5th Well heavy oil is carried out.The results show that O/W emulsions with Tuo 5th Well heavy oil formed can make reduction of the heavy oil freezing point more than 10℃, the viscosity is greatly dropped and the viscosity reduction becomes 90%.A method of emulsification reduction freezing point and viscosity of Tuo 5th Well heavy oil is feasible.Both temperature and falling temperature rate have great effect on the emulsification result of Tuo 5th Well heavy oil.It is helpful for the heavy oil formed the O/W emulsion and raising the O/W emulsion of stability by addition of alkali in emulsifying agent.The emulsion is broken under certain a temperature.
