斯盘增进聚丙烯酸酯类原油降凝剂效果的研究

The Research of Acceleration of Span for Polyacrylates Condensation Reducer of Crude Oil

  • 摘要: 针对高蜡原油的高凝点问题, 通过自由基聚合得到了聚丙烯酸十八醇酯, 丙烯酸十八醇酯-马来酸酐-苯乙烯共聚物(SL)降凝剂。借助红外光谱和~1H核磁共振谱图分析了产物的结构。考察了斯盘对SL降凝作用的影响, 探讨了SL与斯盘复配的降凝机理。

     

    Abstract: The poly octadecy acrylates, octadecyl acrylates-maleic anhydride-styrene copolymer (SL) condensa- tion reducers are synthesized by the medium of free radical polymerization, for the high condensation of high waxy crude oil.The structures of both are characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR.The impact of SPAN for the reduction of condensation result by SL is studied.Furthermore, the mechanism of composite condensation reducers is discussed.
