城市燃气管道接头的改造及性能研究

Study on Civil Gas Pipeline Reconstruction of the Natural Gas Transmission from the Western to the Eastern Regions

  • 摘要: 介绍了一种高性能的聚氨酯-涤纶纤维布-铝箔复合材料内衬的煤气管道接头密封连接结构和某煤气管道改造采用的“诺迪霸工艺”。按有关试验标准, 对煤气管道接头密封结构进行了气密性、耐气压、抗弯曲、抗剥离强度以及人工加速老化等试验。结果证明, 该结构形式性能优良, 安全可靠, 适合于西气东输工程中将城市煤气管道改造为天然气管道。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to the West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline Project, the article points out that it is uneconomical and unpractical to lay new natural gas pipeline in the city with large population and dense buildings.An economic and feasible method is to transmit natural gas using original gas pipeline networks. The authors introduce a sort of high-powered polyurethane-polyethylene glycol terephthalate (PET) fiber fabric-aluminum foil composites liner to be used as airtight joint structure of the gas pipeline, also the gas pipeline reconstruction technology "Nordi-Part" of Chevalier-PRS (Asia) Holding Ltd.in Hongkong.The test on the air-tightness, air pressure resistance, bending and peel strength, accelerated aging of the gas pipeline airtight joint structure is made.The results show that the structure has excellent property, reliability and can be suit for the reconstruction of the city gas pipeline in the West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline Project.
