地下储油岩洞数值模拟的正交试验设计

Orthogonal Experimental Design of Numerical Simulation for Underground Petroleum Storage Caverns

  • 摘要: 针对地下储油岩洞群设计的数值模拟试验, 提出了用正交试验设计方法进行数值模拟试验岩洞群的优化设计, 获得了岩洞群的最佳布局方位、合理的岩洞断面尺寸比例、最佳水平的洞室间距和施工顺序。建立了相应的试验指标计算方法和分析思路, 使地下储油岩洞库的设计方案更合理。

     

    Abstract: The underground petroleum storage caverns needs reasonable design scheme.The layout and direction of caverns, shape and dimension of section, construction sequence and excavation methods will affect the optimum design and long-term stabilities of storage caverns in different extent and level.To fully exhibit the actual characters in the numerical simulation experiment of underground petroleum storage caverns design, it is presented in paper that the orthogonal experimental design is used to complete the optimum design of the caverns by numerical simulation, and the optimum layout and directions of the caverns, construction sequence are obtained.Meantime, the corresponding methods of calculation and analysis on the experiment index are established.
