成品油顺序输送混油浓度的计算

The Mixed Oil Cutting of Product Oil Batch Transportation

  • 摘要: 输油管道在输送两种或两种以上不同性质的油品时会产生混油, 在混油切割操作中切割点的选取将直接影响油品的质量和经济性。用一维连分式法计算了混油浓度, 计算结果有助于混油切割点的选取, 同时也为混油的检测和回掺提供支持。介绍了该算法应用于南输成品油管道顺序输送混油切割的实例。

     

    Abstract: The pipeline transporting of oil must produce mixed oil when it transports two or more kinds of oil with different properties.By operating the mixed oil cutting, the choice of the cutting point will directly influence the quality and economic potential of oil.If calculation is made on the theoretical formula of diffusion by Romerg integration method, the change of mixed oil concentration and the percents of the mixed oil volume will be received.It also can provide exact data for choosing the mixed oil cutting point, and provide a base and help for monitoring and blending the contaminated product the mixed oil.Take the Nanshu products oil pipeline as an example, this paper gives a case calculation with this calculation method.
