埋地原油管道在线修复时站间温降的计算

The Calculation on the Temperature Drop of Stations-Intersite for Repairing the Buried Hot Waxy Crude Oil Pipeline On-line

  • 摘要: 针对我国已超役运营多年的输油管道在防腐大修时因管道开挖传热系数增大, 使管道站间的温降增大的问题, 提出了采用分段法计算埋地热输含蜡原油管道在线修复时站间的温降。在求解埋地管段单元段上的传热系数时, 采用弦截法确定管内壁温度; 在求解挖开管段单元段上的传热系数时, 采用二分法与弦截法相结合的方法确定管外壁温度和管内壁温度。用C语言编制了计算程序, 对两种修复条件下的原油分布进行了实例计算。

     

    Abstract: When pipeline is being repaired, the temperature drop of stations-intersite increases with the coefficient of heat transmission rising.In this paper, the fractionation method is adopted to calculate the temperature drop of stations-intersite for repairing the buried hot waxy crude oil pipeline on-line.In every element, the final temperature is dibble-dabbled by the method of average temperature.In the process of solving the coefficient of heat transmission in the buried element, the dichotomy truncation method is adopted.In the process of solving the coefficient of heat transmission in the excavated element, the combination of the dichotomy method and the dichotomy truncation method is adopted.The computer program is made and case calculation is given.
