大港三厂地面注水管道腐蚀分析及预防措施

The Research of Corrosion Mechanism and Protection Measures of Waterflood Pipes in the 3rd Oil Production Factory of Dagang Oilfield

  • 摘要: 对大港油田采油三厂注水系统管道的腐蚀机理进行了室内试验研究, 研究结果证实, 高矿化度和高腐蚀性离子含量水是腐蚀注水管道的主要因素。在同等条件下对各注水管道的腐蚀程度进行了对比, 结果表明, 选择合适的管材, 并向注水管道内加注适当的缓蚀剂, 可以有效抑制注水管道的腐蚀速度。

     

    Abstract: The corrosion mechanism of 16 waterflood pipes of Nanbu Oilfield is studied through a series of in-hours experiments, and the dominant elements that cause the corrosion are revealed, the 2 elements are the hypersalinity and high corrosive ion content of the injected water quality. And the corrosive degree of every waterflood pipe is contrasted under the same condition, the technique measures that appropriate pipes are selected first and then adequate anti-corrosive agent is adapted is further put forward. Therefore, the well control of corrosion of waterflood pipes can be realized, and there is an important instructive meaning for the oil production of Nanbu Oilfield.
