Current Technical Situation and Prospect of Cathodic Protection Potentiostat

  • 摘要: 阐述了国内外现阶段阴极保护电源的技术现状和未来的发展趋势, 介绍了恒电位仪的主流技术, 包括磁放大器式、大功率晶体管式、DC/DC变换器式、高频开关逆变式等。通过分析总结各种恒电位仪的主电路工作原理、技术性能和存在的问题, 预测了我国今后在阴极保护电源技术方面的发展趋势, 提出了该领域的技术研究重点。

     

    Abstract: The potentiostat is key equipment of cathodic anticorrosion protection system to underground or underwater metallic structures, and owns more than 90% of all cathodic protection power supply in China. At present, several main techniques of potentiostat is the type of magnetic saturation amplifier, high power transistor, DC/DC converter and high-frequency switching inverter etc. This paper analyzes and summarizes the working principle, technical performance and problems of various potentiostat, and also introduces current technical situation and developing trends of cathodic protection power supply in China and foreign countries.
