津京输油管道油品质量问题及清管实践

Study and Analysis on the Impurity of Products Transportation Pipeline and Necessity to Pipe Pig for Beijin-Tianjin Products Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对津京输油管道航空煤油中的固体污染物多、油品质量不稳定的问题进行了分析, 提出了津京输油管道实施清管作业的必要性。介绍了清管作业中清管器的应用情况、存在的问题及解决办法, 并根据实际清管经验对清管作业给出了具体的建议。

     

    Abstract: This article introduces the general situation of Beijing-Tianjin Products Pipeline, analyzes the influence of solid matter on products quality and the necessity to pig the pipeline. The authors describe the pigging practice of the pipeline and put forward suggestions in pigging operation.
