油罐底板检修及其焊接变形的防治措施

Maintenance of Tank Bottom Plate and Countermeasures against its Welding Deformation

  • 摘要: 结合油罐现场施工经验, 对罐底检测、罐底评定、罐底检修方案制定中应注意的问题进行了分析, 指出罐壁间双面角焊缝和罐底周边大角焊缝各自产生的周向收缩力及弓形边缘板与中幅板的排板方式是导致罐底板变形的主要原因。提出采用合理控制装配、焊接顺序以及多段逆向大幅度跳焊法等工艺, 可有效控制油罐底板焊接时产生的波浪变形。

     

    Abstract: The analyses on deformation inspection data and stress inspection data of tank bottom plate are made, including the problems existed in inspection program of bottom maintenance. It is pointed out that the major reason of deformation of tank bottom plate is from two facets, the first is the hoop convergent force of tank shell welds and fillet welds of bottom plate, and the second is the spreading pattern between edge plate and bottom plate. The authors consider that rational welding sequence and multi-plate skip welding method can effectively suppress the wave-type deformation of bottom welding.
