同步式双螺杆泵转子的温度场及热变形分析

Analysis on the Temperature Field and Thermal Deformation of Rotor of Synchronous Twin Screw Pump

  • 摘要: 针对同步式双螺杆泵密封间隙设计值偏小或偏大而导致其在热变形中会产生相互接触甚至抱死或流体的泄漏量增加等问题, 借助有限元分析方法, 建立了同步式双螺杆泵螺杆的温度场及热变形分析的模型和边界条件, 对螺杆在运转过程中的温度场和热变形进行了计算分析。结果表明, 对于三维几何体的计算对象, 采用有限元法求解温度分布、热变形等问题比较精确, 更接近实际工况, 为螺杆间隙的合理设计提供可靠的理论依据。

     

    Abstract: Based on finite element method, the models and boundary conditions for the temperature field and thermal deformation of rotor of synchronous twin screw pump are established and the thermal deformation and temperature field of screws during running are calculated. The authors consider that the calculation result can be used as a reliable theory foundation for proper design of screw gap.
