XT稠油乳状液特性试验

Experimental Study on the Characteristics of XT Thick Oil Emulsion in the Pipeline

  • 摘要: 利用管流试验装置和偏光显微镜系统,对XT稠油乳状液特性进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,XT稠油乳状液为W/O/W型多重乳状液,常温下添加800 mg/L乳化剂,降粘效果和稳定效果较好,剪切流量对乳状液的稳定性影响明显,剪切流量增大时,稳定性增强。

     

    Abstract: The experimental study is carried out on the XT thick oil emulsion using the Model Pipeline Test Apparatus (MPTA) and the polarizing microscope system. The emulsion is a kind of complicated W/OW multiple emulsion. When the emulsifier concentration reaches the level of 800 mg/L, both the viscosity-reducing effect and the stability of the emulsion are good. And the shearing flux plays an important role on the stability of the emulsion, that is, with the shearing flux rising, the stability of emulsion increases.
