青海原油蜡沉积特性试验

Experiment and Research on Wax Deposition Property of Qinhai Crude Oil

  • 摘要: 使用室内试验环道研究了青海原油的石蜡沉积特性。研究发现,青海原油在40℃左右存在析蜡高峰区。当管壁温度高于析蜡点时,管内基本不结蜡;当管壁温度低于凝点时,管内也基本不结蜡。试验证实,蜡晶粒子剪切扩散对石蜡沉积没有作用,管内壁石蜡沉积主要是分子扩散的作用所致。

     

    Abstract: The Model Loop System studying the characteristics of wax deposition is presented. Some factors are considered, including the decrease of test tube wall temperature, the increase of viscosity and the aberration of flow field in the tube. A new method of calculating the thickness of wax deposition in the Model Loop System tests is put forward. The research on wax deposition properties of Qinghai crude oil is performed, and a plateau area of wax appearance at about 40℃ is found; if the tube wall temperature is higher than the wax appearance temperature or lower than solidifying point, no wax deposits. Molecular diffusion plays a significant role on the wax deposition on the inside tube wall while the shearing diffusion of wax particles plays little.
