Loss of Pipeline Oil and its Improvement

  • 摘要: 结合多年原油储运工作的实际情况, 分析了管输原油损耗的构成及存在的问题, 提出了采取密闭输油流程、合理安排储量、减少倒罐次数等方式降低蒸发损耗, 并就进一步降低我国管输原油损耗提出了应加强原油储运的安全监控和对我国管输原油进行科学界定等项措施。

     

    Abstract: The constitution of loss of pipeline oil is analyzed based on the experience in oil storage and transportation. The paper puts forward some effective measurements including tight line transportation, rational storage of oil, lower frequency of tank loading and unloading, aiming at eliminating evaporation loss, promoting safety and supervision on oil storage and transportation's well as scientifically limiting the loss of pipeline oil.
