摘要: 分析了管道覆盖层的性能, 根据设计规范和工程手册中提供的计算公式, 不同的防腐层, 不同的管径, 就有不同方案的牺牲阳极组可供选择。结合实际应用经验, 通过理论计算, 比选出最佳组合, 使牺牲阳极组的有效使用寿命与覆盖层和被保护管道相匹配。指出合理的牺牲阳极组及布置方式, 可以保证牺牲阳极的有效性和可靠性, 减少管道工程初期投资和未来的维护管理费用。Abstract: This paper analyzes the performance of pipe coating, and based on the equations given in relative design codes and engineering manuals, the different program of sacrificial anode sets can be selected depending on different coatings and pipe diameters. By means of practical experiences in sacrificial anodesets and through calculation, the top best combination of sacrificial anode sets is determined, which obtains a balance between the effective service life of sacrificial anode sets, coating and pipeline to be protected. It is pointed out that the rational installation way of sacrificial anode sets can provide an availability and reliability of sacrificial anode and cut down the initial investment of pipeline construction and future maintenance or management cost.
