轮南输油主泵采用变频调速驱动的可行性分析
The Feasibility Analysis on the Pump Driven by Hertz-variable Motor in Lun'nan-Korla Oil Pipeline

摘要: 从便于调节输量、工艺参数及节约电能的角度考虑, 对轮库输油管道轮南首站输油主泵采用恒速电机驱动的运行工况进行了分析, 同时对轮南首站输油主泵采用变频调速驱动方案的可行性进行了充分论证, 结果表明, 若对轮南首站输油主泵进行变频改造, 不仅可以节约大量电能降低输油成本, 而且还可实现轮库线与库鄯线SCADA系统集中控制。Abstract: Starting from the throughput and parameters regulating and saving power, the operation condition of constant motor used in the initial station of Lun'nan-Korla Oil Pipeline is analyzed and meanwhile the feasibility in the scenario to use Hertz-variable motor to drive the oil pumps is demonstrated. The results show that if did so according to the scenario, not only the power will be saved, but also the integral controlling in SCADA system can realize between Lun'nan-Korla Oil Pipeline and Korla-Shanshan Oil Pipeline.
