常温输油管道试验室模拟软件的开发

Development on Laboratory Simulation Software for Atmospheric Temperature Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了运用MCGS及VB编程开发的常温输油管道试验室模拟软件, 通过该软件可以实现输油试验室泵、管道等设备的设计计算及选型, 且能够直观地看到正常工况、越站工况、堵塞工况、泄漏工况及各泵站的串并联工作时管道模拟流动情况和相应的工况分析图。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the design and development on laboratory simulation software for constant temperature oil pipeline on the basis of MCGS and VB programming. This software is helpful in design and calculation on the selection of pump and pipeline. The operators can master the normal operation condition,by-pass operation condition,plugging condition,leaking condition of pipeline,also the simulation conditionof pipeline in series and/or parallel operation of stations as well as relative operation condition analysis diagram by means of this simulation software.
