"旁接油罐"方式顺序输送运行优化研究

摘要: 以格拉输油管道为例, 研究了采用“旁接油罐”输送方式的成品油长输管道顺序输送两种油品, 并且全线只有一个混油“界面”时的工况优化问题。以输量最大为目标, 阐述了满足工艺约束条件的最大可行输量的搜索解算方法。在寻求最优调节方案时, 采用了先安排泵机组停运、后分配节流压力的方法。提出的方法可用于指导采用“旁接油罐”输送方式的格拉输油管道实际操作, 使其达到工况最优。Abstract: The means by which several refined petroleum products are transported through a single pipeline is one of the fundamentals of long pipeline, and operational optimization of it is significant in engineering and theory. Operational optimization method of batch transportation with floating tank process is researched. The method of seeking the maximum throughput allowable subjected to the operational condition is proposed. In accordance with the principle of upstream regulation priority, the following step is adopted: at first finding out which pumps can be shut down, then apportioning the rest throttling pressure. The method put forward in the paper can be applied to the operational optimization of Golmud-Lhasa Pipeline with floating tank process.
