The Research about Cold Quantity Utilizing and Vaporization Techniques of the Liquefied Natural Gas

  • 摘要: 液化天然气作为低温燃料, 在汽化时放出大量的冷量, 这部分冷量可以被其它工艺过程有效的利用。介绍了液化天然气的汽化工艺流程、汽化站储存总容积的确定及汽化器传热面积的确定, 通过对LNG冷量㶲分析数学模型和LNG冷量㶲特性进行热力学分析, 总结了发电、空分、干冰制取、低温粉碎、蓄冷装置等各种工艺过程中LNG冷量的利用方式。

     

    Abstract: The natural gas is advantageous to its storage and transportation while existing as the liquid state, but the appearance that natural gas is utilized finally must be the gaseous state. So the liquefied natural gas must be vaporized first before utilizing. This article introduces the vaporization techniques of the liquefied natural gas and relevant contents. The liquefied natural gas needs to absorb a large amount of heat while vaporizing as the low-temperature fuel. LNG, this part of cold quantity, can be utilized effectively by other craft course. The application of LNG cold quantity is not included in the natural gas of gaseous state when used. On the basis of the thermodynamics analysis to LNG cold quantity, the authors present the cold quantity utilizing method in various kinds of techniques process, such as generating electricity, air separating, dry ice making, low temperature crushing and holding cold device.
