模糊综合评价法在油库安全评价中的应用

Present Research of the Safety Evaluation Method in Oil Tank Farm

  • 摘要: 介绍了模糊综合评价法、事故树法和火灾爆炸危险指数评价法的原理、评价步骤及其特点。指出采用模糊综合评价法评价油库安全时, 必须在确定影响油库安全的主要因素后用"改进的层次分析法"分析确定各主要因素的权重, 最后运用综合评判模型对该油库的安全状况进行综合评价。由于在评价过程中采用了"改进的层次分析法"确定权重, 避免了"层次分析法"中对判断矩阵的一致性检验和调整, 使评价更为简单, 更容易操作, 评价结果更客观准确。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces some frequently-used methods with which the authors evaluate the oil tank farms'safety condition: fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, fault tree analysis, DOW's fire & explosion index. The authors mainly introduce the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in oil tank farm. Firstly, the authors decide the main factors that may influence oil tank farm's safety, then the improved analytical hierarchical process is applied to evaluation of these factors' proportion to the safety. Finally, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is introduced to carry out a comprehensive evaluation of the oil tank farm's safety conditions. The evaluation is more available, objective and accurate due to the application of the improved analytical hierarchy process, which avoids the identity examination and adjustment of the judgment matrix in analytical hierarchy process.
