项目管理承包模式在工程项目管理中的应用

Project Management Contracting (PMC) and its Application in Large-scale Construction Project

  • 摘要: 介绍了近年来国际工程界应用的一种新型的工程建设项目承包模式、项目管理承包模式及其相关背景。从项目管理承包模式适用范围、分类及与其它模式相比具有的优势等方面对其进行了特性分析。结合大型工程项目的特点, 提出了应用项目管理承包模式中应着重考虑的问题及实施步骤。

     

    Abstract: This paper first introduces the background of a new construction project management model. Project Management Contracting (PMC), which emerges in the international construction industry recently. It then analyzes PMC's characteristics of application scope, classification and advantage over other models. Finally, it focuses on the four key aspects to apply PMC in large-scale construction project successfully.
