输油管道泄漏检测技术研究与应用

The Research of Wang-Hua Oil Pipeline Leakage Detection and Location System

  • 摘要: 针对新疆油田王化输油管道的具体情况, 研制了一套输油管道泄漏检测系统, 该系统是将小波变换、GPS校时等先进技术应用到泄漏检测系统中。基于Visual Basic 6.0, 采用负压波检测技术编制了一套泄漏检测软件, 实际应用表明, 该系统性能稳定可靠, 可对管道的突发性泄漏做出迅速反应, 泄漏定位精度高, 所需硬件设备较少, 投资费用低, 可满足工程应用要求, 有广阔的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at Wang-Hua Oil Pipeline of Xinjiang Oilfield, a suit of oil pipeline leakage detection and location system including hardware and software is developed. The authors put forward the theory and implement method to realize leakage detection and location. Based on Visual Basic 6.0, a suit of oil pipeline leakage detection and location software that applies wavelet transform and GPS technology is compiled. The practice indicates that the capability of this system is steady and reliable, and the precision of leakage location is less than 1 % of the length of pipeline.
