长输管道原油加热炉现状及发展趋势

Status Quo and Trend of Heater of Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了长输管道原油加热炉的发展概况及运行现状, 指出轻型高效加热炉优于老式方箱式加热炉。针对原油加热炉在实际运行中存在的问题, 采取了在加热炉的尾部增设烟气除尘脱硫装置, 将吹灰套管由管板延伸到弯头箱门处等有效措施, 大大减少了对周围环境的污染, 预测了管道加热炉的发展趋势。

     

    Abstract: This article introduces the development and operation status quo of heater for oil pipeline. It is pointed out that light-type high-efficiency heater is better than the square-type heater. In allusion to the problems of heater existed in operation, some technical measures, such as installing the flue gas/dust/sulfide removing apparatus in the aft of heater, spreading soot blower tube from the tube-plate to the elbow, are taken, which effectively protect environment. The paper forecasts the development trend of heater of oil pipeline.
