Theoretical and Experimental Study on Pipeline Jam Detection

  • 摘要: 叙述了管道探堵的检测方法及特点, 分析了埋地管道水力瞬变探堵的理论基础, 建立了埋地管道快速探堵的数学模型, 进行了数值模拟计算和分析, 试验研究结果证明, 根据水力瞬变特性探堵可以快速准确确定堵点位置。水力瞬变探堵系统具有精度高、速度快、设备简单、使用方便、适用性广以及推广前景良好等特点。

     

    Abstract: The major methods and characteristics of pipeline jam detection are described in the paper. The theoretical basis of pipeline jam detection is analyzed. The numerical simulation and analyses are made. The experimental study is also made. The theoretical results show that it is possible that pipeline jam detection can be determined in accordance with hydraulic transient properties. The hydraulic transient pipeline jam detection system is of high accuracy, high speed, simple equipment, easy to use, wide application scope and good dissemination prospect, etc.
