Abstract:
The major methods and characteristics of pipeline jam detection are described in the paper. The theoretical basis of pipeline jam detection is analyzed. The numerical simulation and analyses are made. The experimental study is also made. The theoretical results show that it is possible that pipeline jam detection can be determined in accordance with hydraulic transient properties. The hydraulic transient pipeline jam detection system is of high accuracy, high speed, simple equipment, easy to use, wide application scope and good dissemination prospect, etc.
