魏荆输油管道降温输送工艺方案

The Process Program Research of the Wei-Jing Oil Pipeline for Temperature Drop Transportation

  • 摘要: 应用热平衡法测定魏荆输油管道总传热系数, 通过为期一年的现场测量工作, 魏荆输油管道全年的平均总传热系数为1.86W/(m2·℃)。根据魏荆输油管道的总传热系数测定结果, 结合管道原油重复添加降凝剂的输油工艺, 对输油管道进行了水力和热力计算, 结果表明, 提出的管道降温输送工艺方案是完全可行的。

     

    Abstract: The on-stream period of the Wei-Jing Oil Pipeline is rather long, the flux of the pipeline and the physical property of the crude oil are greatly changed. The pour point depressant is repetitively appended in the crude oil by Nanyang Oilfield and the oil transportation company, the freezing point of the crude oil is being lowered, the pull-in temperature of the intermediate station is prevalently on the high side, the course power waste is rather big. In the paper, the thermal equilibrium method is applied for measuring the overall heat transfer coefficient of the Wei-Jing Oil Pipeline, via the locale surveying work of one year duration, the all-year average overall heat transfer coefficient of the Wei-Jing Oil Pipeline is 1.86 W/(m2·℃). Based on the overall heat transfer coefficient measurement results of the Wei-Jing Oil Pipeline and the fact in PPD treatment, the thermal and hydraulic calculation are made. The analyses indicate that the process program of the pipeline for temperature drop transportation is absolutely feasible.
