输气管道技术水平评价方法

Application of Grey System Theory on Forecasting the Pipeline Integrity Data

  • 摘要: 提出了用管道的规模、技术先进性、环境保护、安全可靠性和效益5个方面以及20个一级指标和31个二级指标构成输气管道的评价指标体系, 并以国内外著名管道为基准物, 按评价指标体系评价了当前常用参数的输气管道工程实例。推荐采用工程模糊综合评判方法对天然气管道技术水平进行评价。

     

    Abstract: The engineering fuzziness synthetic evaluation method is recommended in the paper to evaluate the technology of natural gas pipelines. Five aspects, including pipeline dimensions, how advance the technology is, environmental protection, safety and reliability, profit, twenty indexes of first class, and thirty one indexes of second class compose the system of index evaluation on natural gas pipeline. Evaluate the present natural gas pipelines with common used parameter, in which many famous pipelines in China and oversea are set as benchmarks and evaluation index system is adopted.
