高钢级管道钢DWTT试验的异常断口发生规律研究

Study on the Abnormal Fracture Rule of DWTT Test for High-grade Pipe Steel

  • 摘要: 针对高钢级管道钢在进行落锤撕裂试验(DWTT)时经常出现异常断口的现象, 通过统计分析X65、X70和X80管材系列温度的DWTT试验结果, 探讨了异常断口发生规律。研究表明, 异常断口概率随管材厚度增加而增加, 异常断口出现温度区间与FATT85密切相关, 且随着管材厚度的增加有增大的趋势。

     

    Abstract: In the light of abnormal fracture of DWTT test for high-grade pipe steel, the paper statistically analyzes the DWTT test results for X65, X70 and X80 pipe steel at a systemic temperature and studies their abnormal fracture rules. The study results show that the probability of abnormal fracture of pipe steels is increased with the pipe thickness, trending towards a high probability with the pipe thickness increases, while the temperature zones of abnormal fracture is closely related with FATT 85.
