高含水期水平管内油水混输压降模型及其应用

The Application and Calculation of Oil-Water Pressure Loss Model with High Water percentage in Horizontal Pipelines

  • 摘要: 运用流体力学中的连续性方程、动量方程及波动方程等, 对于每一种高含水期油水两相流流型给出了相应的压降模型。高含水期油水两相在水平管内输送时, 其流型主要划分为分层流、分散流和O/W&W混合流型三种。根据已经建立的高含水期水平管内油水两相流理论压降模型, 编制了计算机应用程序。模型预测结果与试验数据的相对误差较小, 因此该模型可用来预测高含水期水平管内油水混输时的压降。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the pressure loss model of each pattern is developed according to consistence equation, momentum equation and fluctuation equations. The flow patterns of oil-water flow in horizontal pipelines mainly consist of three kinds, separated flow, dispersed flow and mixed flow (dispersion of oil in water over a water layer O/W&W) while the water percentage above 80%, which are observed by some researchers. Application procedure is programmed according to the above theory models. By comparing the predicted results of the model with the experiment results, the relative error is less than 10%. Therefore, the models con be applied for predicting the pressure loss of oil-water flow with high water percentage in horizontal pipeline.
