高压输电线与埋地管道相互影响的安全问题

Discussion on the Safety Distance and Space of High-tension Transmission Line over Buried Pipelines

  • 摘要: 分析了高压输电线与埋地油气管道相互影响和存在的安全问题, 提出了应采取的措施及处理办法。根据埋地管道实际存在的危害因素和环境条件及各种相关的技术规定、标准, 指出高压输电线与管道平行的安全距离应不低于20 m, 当与管道交叉时, 管道与铁塔的接地体安全距离也应不低于20 m。

     

    Abstract: The safety distance and space of high-tension transmission line over buried pipelines is analyzed. Based on the possible hazard factors and environmental conditions for oil and gas pipelines and relative standards and codes, the authors point out that the parallel safety distance of high-tension transmission line over buried pipelines should not be low than 20 meters, while it crosses over the pipelines, the safety grounding distance of steel tower of high-tension transmission line over pipelines should not be low than 20 meters.
