油气管道防腐保温一次成型新工艺

The Method of Once-step Moulding Used in Manufacturing of Pipeline Coating

  • 摘要: 在原油和重质油输送管道中, 采用环氧粉末为防腐层, 外复合聚氨酯保温层和高密度聚乙烯防护层的新型防腐保温管道。以“内定径一步法”生产线的工艺和单层环氧粉末生产线工艺为依据, 研发了一次成型的新型防腐保温管生产线, 该生产线兼容直埋保温管和单环氧(FBE)防腐钢管的生产, 可以满足油气输送和城镇供热、供水管道的要求。

     

    Abstract: An assembly line for coated pipe is designed based on the once-step moulding method. This new method takes the manufacture of direct-buried insulated pipe and FBE steel pipe into account to meet needs of heat supply and water supply of cities and towns. This paper introduces the design and application of the new method, and considers it suitable and available for the pipe coating yards.
